Hi John!
We would like to thank You for all Your help in Beijing and want to recommend you and your services to others.
My wife and I were in Beijing from Sunday to Thursday in February 2011 and used John as our driver on arrival and departure but also around and outside the city two of the days we were there. He picked us up at the hotel in the morning and drove us around to the sights we had agreed in advance and he gave as a lot of extra info about the sights while we were driving. He is a steady driver and speaks good english, but what makes us extra happy to recommend John to others is that he gives that little extra. He tells a lot about Chinese daily life and answered all our more or less stupid questions without ever becoming impatient. He is genuinely proud of his city and his country and give much of him selve.
We really recommend John as a driver.

Han planlægger din udflugt perfekt og hjælper dig ved de forskellige seværdigheder med at købe billetter osv. Du får al den tid på stedet du ønsker. Det er så behageligt at køre med ham og han siger selv "safety first". Og så gør det bestemt heller ikke noget at hans bil er lækker.
Han får dig også guidet uden om de mest irreterende folk der vil sælge dig alt muligt skrammel. John kan varmt anbefales.

To all readers! I have hired John to drive me around Beijing and the Great Wall. John was very helpful and his English is very good! Also, he made excellent suggestions for shopping,lunch, and where to go for sightseeing to avoid other tourists.
I had a wonderful time, and even gave him a video recommendation (that I cannot post here). I highly recommend John, he is trustworthy, knows how to drive in Beijing, and is honest and hardworking, and his English is above average!

We had a lovely day with John. He picked us up at 8:30am from our hotel as arranged, drove us by the Olympic sites, then to Mutianyu where we had a good two hours to walk on our own (on stretches relatively free of crowds), then on to the Temple of Heaven for an hour and a half. Instead of dropping us off at the hotel we asked John to drop us off at a restaurant that we had planned on going to which was not too far from the Silk Market (where we planned on stopping next) and which happened to be on his way to his home. It worked out perfectly for us. After John dropped us off we had a great meal then went shopping in the Silk Market and took a cab home. Excellent service, both punctual and organized, but also flexible to the needs of the clients. John has an outgoing personality, is more modest about his English than he has any reason to be, and is an overall excellent hire.

hi john! were back home now. we just wanted to say thank you very much for a great experience by taking us to the Great Wall in Mutianyu. your enthusiasm and helpfulness made our first day in Beijing very enjoyable and set the tone for the rest of our trip.

John handled my visit to Beijing in the most professional manner possible. He was a very carefule and courteous driver and was very flexible in terms of my schedule. We were greeted at the airport right on time and John was one step ahead of us, ready and willing to help all along the way.
